LangTown Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LangTown, a language-learning game published by Exavra (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use LangTown.

The service

LangTown provides pixel-town gameplay, language practice with coaches and other players, in-game purchases, and optional subscriptions. Features may change; we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service where practical.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use LangTown.
• You are responsible for your account and activity under it.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff.
• Post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or attempt to bypass fair-use or subscription limits.
• Disrupt the service or access it through unauthorized means.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Virtual items and subscriptions

• Rubies, cosmetics, houses, and similar items have no real-world cash value.
• LangTown Plus and other subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow Google Play policies unless required otherwise by law.
• We may adjust prices, rewards, or economy balance as the game evolves.

AI and user content

Practice messages and quiz answers may be processed by automated systems to score progress and generate content. You retain rights you hold in what you submit; you grant us a license to host and process that content to operate the game. AI output may be inaccurate — use your judgment when learning.

Disclaimer

LangTown is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
